Product Type: Tequila Size: 750mLProof: 40% Alc/Vol
Region: Mexico Description: Experience the authentic flavors of Jalisco with Tepozán Blanco Tequila, a true masterpiece crafted by Maestro Tequilero Carlos Padilla at the renowned San Julian distillery (NOM 1584). This exceptional tequila showcases the essence of traditional production methods and the remarkable Blue Weber agave (A. tequilana).
The journey begins with the careful selection of 100% Blue Weber agave, known for its exceptional quality and flavor. Under the guidance of Maestro Padilla, the agave hearts are cooked for two days in a traditional stone and brick oven, imparting a depth of character and richness to the spirit.
After cooking, the agave is meticulously milled using a mechanical roller mill, ensuring precise extraction of the agave's flavors. The resulting agave juice is then fermented in stainless steel tanks, allowing the natural sugars to transform into the complex flavors that define Tepozán Blanco.
Distilled with expertise, the tequila undergoes a double distillation process using state-of-the-art stainless steel pot stills. This careful distillation captures the essence of the agave, resulting in a tequila of exceptional quality and purity.
Prepare your senses for an extraordinary sensory journey. As you raise the glass, the air is filled with rich aromas of zesty citrus peel, delicate honeysuckle, a hint of jalapeño, warm cinnamon, and a refreshing sea spray. Each inhalation invites you deeper into the world of Tepozán Blanco.
