A Fresh Idea｜Kilchoman PX Sherry Cask Matured Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky｜ Other Products

Kilchoman PX Sherry Cask Matured is a limited edition from Islay's farm distillery, founded by Anthony Wills at Rockside Farm in 2005 as the first new distillery on the island in 124 years. Fully matured in casks that held Pedro Ximénez, the sweetest and darkest of sherries, it is the richest expression of Kilchoman's peated spirit, bottled non-chill-filtered and naturally colored.Pouring deep amber, it opens with Kilchoman's signature peat smoke wrapped in the sweet embrace of PX, with dried fruit, dark chocolate and a hint of oak, then a velvety palate where robust smoke intertwines with fig, raisin and rich toffee, finishing long and warming with lingering Islay peat and sherried sweetness. A one-time bottling for Kilchoman collectors and a dessert-like dram for anyone who loves smoke and sherry in equal measure.Buy Kilchoman PX Sherry Cask Matured Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky online with fast shipping right to your door.
