A Fresh Selection｜Mistral Nobel Pisco Reservado 40º｜ Other Products

Mistral Nobel Pisco Reservado 40º comes from the Mistral distillery in Pisco Elqui, a village of dramatic landscapes and winding streets in Chile's sun-soaked Elqui Valley where pisco was first distilled in the country at the turn of the 17th century. The distillery works out of a restored century-old country house, producing pisco from aromatic Muscat grapes. Nobel Reservado is bottled at 40% ABV.Reservado pisco rests briefly in wood for a touch of color and softness without losing the grape. Expect Muscat, white flowers and citrus on the nose, a smooth palate with honeyed fruit and a hint of vanilla, and a clean finish. It is the classic base for a Pisco Sour, a Piscola with cola, or a Chilcano with ginger ale, and pleasant neat. This 750ml bottle is an authentic taste of Chile's national spirit.
